I believe many people know about the coloring of fabrics, so what should we do after dyeing? The editor of Zhongshan Clothing Network will introduce you in detail below:
1. Hot pressing: touch the cloth surface with a high-temperature engraved roller to form a pattern.
2. Sanding / fluffing / brushing: touch the cloth surface with sandpaper / needle / brush to form a velvet feel.
3. Sticking glue: mainly divided into PVC glue/CPU glue (ie EMB glue)/TPE glue/FLEX glue and so on.
①TPE/FLEX glue: currently the most environmentally friendly glue, used to replace PVC/EMB and other glues, TPE glue is softer.
② Lamination: refers to the lamination of cloth and PU foam/EVA/sponge to achieve reinforcement or other functional functions (pad/insulation/pressure resistance).
③PVC glue: Laminate PVC film and cloth to achieve the effect of water-proof yarn fixing and strengthening. Pay attention to hand feel/texture/thickness/cold resistance and low toxicity.
④CPU glue: apply CPU glue evenly on the cloth surface in the form of laminating film, which can also achieve the effect of waterproof, yarn fixing and reinforcement. It has environmental protection characteristics such as low toxicity, natural decomposition and no toxic gas when incinerated. Pay attention to the requirements of hand feel/texture/glue color/cold resistance.
4. Printing: ink (roller printing), paste printing (rotary printing), paper printing (thermal transfer) automatic screen printing.
5. Gluing: Apply a layer of glue (PU/ULY/color glue/waterproof and moisture-permeable) evenly on the cloth surface to achieve the effect of waterproof/fixed yarn and reinforcement. Pay attention to the requirements of waterproof and moisture-permeable, the glue surface is smooth Haze and feel should not be too hard.
